CS Toolkit offers a suite of tools for Salesforce, including a Customer Sentiment tracking tool and broader health-tracking features. With their marketing site refresh, they wanted to introduce a new revenue stream, CSOps as a service. Their online presence needed to clearly articulate their value, attract new clients, and support existing customers with accessible, modern design
Inbound leads My client identified inbound leads as the key metric that they would like to track with the website launch and brand refresh.
150% increase in inbound leads Within a month of the brand refresh and launch inbound leads increased by over 150% going from around 4-5 in the previous 6 months to 12 in the month following launch.
Sales CS Toolkit's biggest challenge was securing new clients. While their tool delivers strong results and customers appreciate its competitive pricing, their outdated branding and marketing site hindered lead generation. Visitors to their site and AppExchange listing were not encouraged to take the next step and get in touch, creating a roadblock to driving sales.
Complex Tools & Services CS Toolkit needs to communicate the technical capabilities of its offerings in a clear and accessible way for both technical and non-technical users.
Scalability The company needs a website that can support future growth, allowing for easy additions like blog posts, and customer success stories.
The simple, user-friendly layout prioritizes content hierarchy, facilitating easy navigation and quick access to essential information. Strategically placed lead-generation call-outs encourage visitor engagement and action.
Clear messaging and engaging visuals effectively communicate CS Toolkit’s technical capabilities, for example, branded mockups of Salesforce tools enhance user understanding. Social proof elements, including customer testimonials, build trust and credibility, while informative blog posts position CS Toolkit as a thought leader in the industry.
Web-friendly copy, featuring bulleted lists and clear formatting, improves readability and encourages interaction.
Responsive design ensures an optimal viewing experience across all devices, addressing CS Toolkit's challenges and enhancing user engagement and conversion potential.
Built on Webflow Webflow was selected in collaboration with the client for its scalability and ease of updates. With this platform, CMS functionality was implemented to enable CS Toolkit team members to easily add and organize content without technical expertise.
Google Analytics and SEO best practices were integrated to provide insights into site visitors and their behavior, supporting data-driven lead generation efforts and enhancing online visibility.
Post-launch support empowered the team to manage and update the site confidently.
