Touchpoint is a software that helps marketers measure the effectiveness of their strategies when targetting high level executives.

Process

I worked with two developers from the touchpoint team to create a clean user interface for their product as well as suggest UX improvements as needed.

Homepage

The homepage hosts lists of executives that marketers are tracking. From here the marketer can go to the performance view to see how effective their marketing strategies have been.

Performance Page

The performance page shows an overall picture of how responsive executives have been to marketing efforts. Performance pages are broken down by country. Filters can be used to have a more granular view of what worked and when.

Executive Profile

On the executive profile page, marketers can see how and when individual executives or companies interacted with their marketing materials.
